Role Description This is a part to full time, on-site role for a Lead Personal Shopper & Stylist with the possibility of growing into a managerial role at our Wrightsville Beach, NC location. The Lead Personal Shopper & Stylist will provide personalized and attentive service to clients, helping them select swimwear and resort wear tailored to their preferences. The role involves building lasting client relationships, delivering exceptional customer experiences, and driving sales. Additional responsibilities include managing inventory, maintaining visual merchandising standards and store cleanliness and aesthetic, and staying updated on the latest fashion trends with strong brand awareness and knowledge. Must be very social and friendly as well as highly efficient, organized, and detail oriented to excel within this business and role where you will be heavily relied upon. Qualifications Strong Communication and Interpersonal Skills to build and maintain client relationships Customer Service abilities to ensure personalized and attentive client experiences Proficiency in Sales and a track record of driving revenue and meeting targets Customer Experience expertise to create engaging and memorable shopping journeys Passion for fashion, styling, and emerging trends in swimwear and resort wear Organizational skills to manage inventory and visual displays effectively A keen eye for aesthetic to ensure the store is always well represented for new and loyal clientele Ability to work on-site and adapt to a fast-paced boutique environment Requirements added by the job poster 2+ years of Retail Apparel and Fashion experience
