Minimum Requirements:

18+ years of age (20+ to substitute within high school level) 36 college credit hours or high school diploma AND completion of substitute training course - Kelly offers the substitute Pathways Substitute Training course for candidates without the 36 college credit hours -

Missouri Substitute Certification Process Substitute Pay Rates:

Substitute Teacher:

$125 per day Substitute Teacher (Ladue Retiree): $135 per day

Teacher Assistant:

$16 per hour Responsibilities and Job Description(s): Assume duties of the district employee in accordance with school district lesson plans, school rules, and Kelly policies Empower students to learn, and encourage classroom participation For long-term teacher assignments, it may be required to develop lessons plans, as well as build, administer, and grade tests and assignments Perks you'll enjoy with
