Jobs › Billerica, MA › Substitute Teachers Billerica Public Schools Substitute Teachers Billerica, MA Apply Opportunities are available for substitutes teachers for all levels (elementary, middle and high school) for the 2025-2026 school year. A daily substitute teacher is responsible for implementing lesson plans and maintaining a productive and safe classroom environment. Substitutes Teachers for the Elementary Schools are preferred to possess at least a Bachelor\'s Degree or two (2) years of college majoring in Education. Substitutes Teachers for the Middle/High Schools should have completed at least two (2) years of college. Daily rate of pay is \$90.00 and \$50.00 (for a 1/2 day). These positions are available until the end of the 2025-2026 school year only and are on-call positions. These are part-time positions (no more than 3 days per week) and do not include employee benefits. All applicants must complete their work experience on the application OR upload their resume.
