The Franklin Public Schools, a Prek-12 district, is seeking a skilled, licensed and experienced substitute Van Driver to drive students with special needs to and from school. Key Duties and Responsibilities Safely transport students to and from school. Maintain cleanliness of vehicle and sanitize vehicle between runs Operate vehicle in accordance with all Federal and State traffic laws Complete weekly documentation and record keeping as required by the district Qualifications Massachusetts 7D license Must be able to communicate effectively and clearly in with students, parents, teachers, and staff Must enjoy working with children, and always possess the ability to show patience and empathy Experience operating a van for students or adults with special needs Must successfully pass Criminal Offender (CORI) background check and national fingerprinting screening (CHRI). Ability to maintain confidentiality at all times.
