Position Summary The Success Coach serves as a key support for students and families by fostering positive engagement, strengthening family partnerships, and helping students achieve personal, social, emotional, and academic success. This role requires strong communication, organization, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills, along with a genuine passion for serving children and families from diverse backgrounds. Qualifications & Skills The ideal candidate will possess: Bachelor's Degree required Outstanding customer service and interpersonal skills Strong organizational and time-management abilities Ability to effectively multitask and manage multiple priorities High level of integrity, professionalism, and accountability Passion for working with children and families from diverse backgrounds Strong computer proficiency and technology skills Excellent verbal and written communication skills Ability to actively listen, problem solve, and communicate information accurately Demonstrated success in achieving positive child and family outcomes through meaningful engagement Ability to assess needs, develop action plans, and implement effective support strategies Ability to maintain accurate, organized, and complete documentation of family services and interactions Why Join UCO?
