Responsibilities:

Support students in classroom and small group settings Assist teachers with instructional activities and classroom management Provide academic and behavioral support to students as needed Help maintain a safe, positive, and engaging learning environment Collaborate with teachers and school staff throughout the summer program

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work effectively with students of varying needs Dependable, organized, and team-oriented mindset

Qualifications:

Previous experience working with children or in a school setting preferred Ability to follow teacher direction and support classroom goals Must meet district hiring requirements

Education:

High school diploma or equivalent required Associate degree or college coursework preferred

Experience:

Experience in education, childcare, or behavioral support preferred, but not required

Work Hours:
