This energetic role offers an exciting opportunity to gain hands-on experience in building maintenance, lawn care, and general property upkeep. Perfect for motivated individuals eager to work outdoors, learn new skills, and make guests vacations magical. We are looking for the jack of all trades, the master of none. Familiarity with painting, lawn care, machinery, minor electrical and plumbing, small repairs and landscaping. Responsibilities Work independently doing a variety of tasks daily from lawn care, to painting, property upkeep, room PM, and guest complaint resolution. Skills with hand tools, power tools, and small machinery under supervision. Requirements Previous experience or familiarity with mechanical knowledge, hand tools, power tools, or general equipment is preferred but not required. Ability to work outdoors in various weather conditions with physical stamina for manual tasks. Excellent teamwork skills with a proactive attitude toward safety and efficiency. Must be at least 18 years old with reliable transportation to job. Embark on a rewarding summer journey where your efforts will be rewarded by spending it lake side. Pay:

$21.00 - $24.00 per hour
