American Gonzo Restaurants operates 20+ locations across Southern California, including Superba, American Beauty, The Win~Dow, and Pitfire Pizza. Each concept is chef-driven, community-focused, and led by passionate hospitality professionals. Superba Food + Bread is committed to chef and product driven food, warm hospitality, a craft bar, and unique and cutting-edge design. Our menu is driven by the seasons, vegetable forward, emphasizing technique and baking know how. We are community oriented and care deeply about art and style. We are passionate about restaurants! We are looking for a Host to join our team! The ideal candidate will be organized, consistent, approachable, and committed to creating a great guest experience.

Qualifications:

At least one full year of host experience in a high-volume, full-service environment A commitment to creating an amazing and memorable guest experience Following standards including steps of service, food safety and sanitation and phone etiquette Organized, detail oriented, and a great communicator Address problems quickly and have a knack for turning tough situations into positive outcomes Understand our technologies and care about accuracy - (POS Toast, Open Table, Hot Schedules) Have a flexible schedule and open availability Follow us on Instagram @ lifesuperba Superba is an EEO Employer.
