Fiber Cement Systems EIFS Stucco ACM Panels Waterproofing The Superintendent / Supervisor will oversee field operations for commercial exterior envelope projects, coordinating crews, subcontractors, materials, equipment, schedules, safety, and quality control. This role is ideal for experienced field leaders with hands-on commercial façade installation knowledge who can manage projects efficiently while maintaining high standards of workmanship and safety. This role requires commercial exterior cladding / façade experience.

Position Summary The Superintendent/Supervisors will manage day-to-day field operations for commercial exterior envelope projects, coordinating crews, subcontractors, materials, equipment, and schedules while ensuring safety, productivity, and quality workmanship. This role requires hands-on knowledge of commercial façade systems and the ability to lead crews in a fast-paced construction environment. Responsibilities Supervise installation of exterior cladding and building envelope systems Coordinate field crews, subcontractors, deliveries, and project schedules Read and interpret plans, shop drawings, specifications, and details Ensure quality control and compliance with project requirements Conduct daily safety meetings and enforce OSHA safety standards Work closely with project managers, general contractors, and inspectors Track manpower, productivity, and daily progress reports Identify and resolve field issues proactively Maintain clean and organized job sites Work primarily in-office while also visiting project sites as needed Qualifications 3+ years as a Project Manager in commercial construction (not residential) Fluent bilingual (English/Spanish) required - must be able to communicate effectively with field crews and management Strong ability to read and interpret construction drawings (plans, elevations, details)

REQUIRED

Experience in at least one of the following: EIFS, stucco, fiber cement, ACM panels, or exterior waterproofing Proven experience with change orders, cost control, and job profitability Strong organizational and communication skills Ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously Basic proficiency in

Excel Preferred:

3+ years of superintendent or foreman experience in commercial exteriors Experience working with large commercial general contractors Bilingual (English/Spanish) is a plus

Location :

Based in-office in Gastonia, NC, with regular visits to active project sites

Salary:

$60,000-$70,000 (based on experience)

Schedule:

Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM-5:00 PM (schedule may adjust based on site visits)
