Superintendent - Concrete Division

We're looking for a hands-on Concrete Superintendent who knows concrete inside and out and isn't afraid to lead. This role is for someone who's spent real time in the field, knows how to run crews, keep jobs moving, and get quality work done safely and on schedule. If you can look at a set of plans, know what it takes to get the pour done right, and keep people working together — we want to talk to you. What You'll Do Run day-to-day concrete operations on the job site Lead concrete crews and coordinate with subcontractors Plan and schedule pours, manpower, equipment, and materials Oversee formwork, rebar, placing, finishing, and curing Read blueprints and make sure work matches plans and specs Keep the job site safe and enforce company & OSHA rules Solve problems in the field and keep production on track Communicate with Project Managers, other Superintendents, Inspectors, General Contractors, and Customers Set the tone for quality work, safety, and teamwork What We're Looking For 5+ years experience in concrete construction (Superintendent or Lead Foreman level) Strong knowledge of concrete foundations, flatwork, and structural concrete Experience running multiple crews and tight schedules Able to read and understand plans and details Good communication skills and strong leadership Safety-minded and dependable Valid driver's license with clean driving record Bonus If You Have OSHA 30 Bi-lingual (English/Spanish) What We Offer Limited travel - Home every evening.
