Position Overview Bluwater Homes is seeking an experienced and dedicated Construction Superintendent to lead the construction of luxury custom homes in the Chelan area. This role is ideal for a hands-on leader with a proven track record in high-end residential construction, a passion for excellence, and the ability to manage complex projects from concept to completion.

Key Responsibilities Project Oversight:

Manage and oversee all phases of custom home construction, ensuring projects are delivered on time, on budget, and to the highest quality standards.

Team Leadership:

Coordinate and supervise trade partners, vendors, and on-site personnel to achieve project goals.

Quality Assurance:

Monitor all construction activities to maintain superior craftsmanship and compliance with design specifications and local building codes.

Client Relations:

Act as the site representative contact for homeowners during construction, fostering positive relationships through clear communication and responsiveness.

Scheduling:

Create and maintain detailed project schedules, ensuring seamless coordination across trades and phases.

Problem Resolution:

Identify potential issues early and implement solutions to minimize delays or cost overruns.

Safety Management:

Enforce rigorous safety standards and ensure adherence to OSHA regulations and company policies.

Documentation:

Maintain comprehensive records, including daily reports, progress updates, and reporting of change orders.

Qualifications Experience:

Minimum of 5 years as a Construction Superintendent, with a focus on high-end custom residential projects.

Knowledge:

Strong understanding of luxury homebuilding processes, materials, and finishes, with an eye for detail and design.

Leadership:

Demonstrated ability to lead teams and coordinate effectively with clients, architects, and designers.

Technical Proficiency:

Familiarity with construction management software and tools.

Education:

Bachelor's degree in Construction Management or related field preferred, but equivalent experience will be considered.
