Long-term incentives available upon full-time conversion What You'll Be Responsible For Manage all onsite construction activities from mobilization through closeout Lead subcontractors, field crews, vendors, and site logistics Serve as the primary onsite contact for clients, inspectors, and consultants Review and interpret drawings, specifications, permits, and scopes of work Plan and execute daily work plans and short-term schedules (3-4 week look-aheads) Enforce quality control standards and ensure regulatory compliance Maintain daily reports, logs, and documentation using Procore Champion jobsite safety and OSHA compliance Coordinate inspections, testing, and closeout deliverables Proactively identify and resolve field issues in collaboration with Project Management What We're Looking For 5+ years of experience as a Construction Superintendent or similar field leadership role Strong commercial construction background with projects $2M+ In-depth knowledge of construction means, methods, sequencing, and logistics Ability to confidently read and interpret blueprints and technical documents OSHA 30 Certification Hands-on experience using Procore Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills Valid driver's license and ability to travel to project sites across Central Connecticut Nice-to-Have Experience MS Project or similar scheduling tools Mechanical systems or renovation project experience Experience leading projects $5M+ Ideal Candidate Profile This role is ideal for a Superintendent who takes ownership of their jobsite, runs clean and organized operations, communicates professionally with clients and trade partners, and consistently delivers quality work on schedule. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Plainville, CT. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $57.00 - $67.00/hr.
