up to $220k DOE Our client, a respected General Contractor in the Southeast, is seeking a hands-on leader to oversee major commercial projects in the Atlanta metro area. This role will drive on-site operations from groundbreaking to completion across complex mixed-use, healthcare, office, and institutional developments, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on schedule, and to the highest standards.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead all field operations on large-scale commercial projects, ensuring safety, efficiency, and quality Develop and manage schedules, coordinating subcontractors and trades to meet key milestones Oversee site logistics, sequencing, and daily activities across complex, multi-phase projects Partner with Project Managers to align field execution with budgets, procurement, and project strategy Supervise and mentor field staff, while leading subcontractor meetings and tracking progress Maintain quality control, enforce safety compliance, and resolve field issues to minimize delays Manage inspections, punch lists, and closeout to ensure timely project completion

Required Experience:

Proven Superintendent experience with a General Contractor on large-scale commercial projects valued at $50M-$100M+ Strong background managing complex, ground-up builds in sectors such as healthcare, mixed-use, and large commercial developments Deep understanding of construction sequencing, scheduling, and multi-trade field coordination Ability to read and interpret drawings, specifications, and construction documents accurately Experience with project scheduling and field management software such as Procore or similar platforms Strong leadership, communication, and real-time problem-solving skills in fast-paced environments Familiarity with the Atlanta construction market is preferred; a degree in Construction Management or a related field is a plus by sending your resume to Ben at: ben@allegiance-grp.com

Pay:

$110,000.00 - $220,000.00 per year
