Nile Cannabis Dispensary is looking for a motivated and experienced Supervisor to join our growing leadership team. What You'll Do As a Supervisor at Nile, you are the backbone of the daily operation. You will lead the floor, support your team, maintain compliance, and make sure every customer leaves with an elevated experience. Open and close the dispensary, including register setup, safe counts, and petty cash reconciliation Oversee vault access, cash handling, and till management Direct and support retail associates, budtenders, and reception staff during your shift Manage scheduling, timecard accuracy, and clock-in/out compliance Address attendance issues and implement corrective actions as needed Conduct process audits and identify operational gaps Support performance improvement plans and staff development Ensure compliance with NJ CRC regulations and company SOPs Step into any function on the floor as business needs demand What We're Looking For Prior supervisory or key-holder experience in retail, hospitality, or a customer-facing environment Strong leadership presence with the ability to coach, delegate, and hold the team accountable Comfortable with cash handling, vault access, and financial reconciliation Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking skills Knowledge of cannabis industry practices and compliance a plus — willingness to learn is a must Flexible availability including nights, weekends, and holidays Must be 21 years of age or older

Pay:

$35,000.00 - $43,000.00 per year
