Supervisor for Physician Assistant

Job Overview We are seeking an experienced Physician Assistant Supervisor to lead and oversee Physician Assistant in a mental and behavioral health private practice. LRBH is celebrating 10 years in the community. We believe this addition to our practice will be a much needed service. This pivotal role combines clinical expertise ensuring PA accuracy and skills, and compliance with healthcare standards. The ideal candidate will possess a background in mental and behavioral health. As a Supervisor, you will uphold the highest standards of patient safety and confidentiality. Responsibilities Oversee medication management Ensure accurate documentation of medical records using EMR system. Coordinate with multidisciplinary teams on discharge planning. Utilize telehealth platforms for remote consultations when appropriate. Experience Experience in mental and behavioral health Prior supervisory roles overseeing Physician Assistants Knowledge of telehealth technology platforms to facilitate remote patient assessments and follow-up care. Pay:

$40.00 - $65.00 per hour
