- Together we can fuel the future As a Supervisor II, Maintenance, you will lead front-line maintenance crews who keep our operations running safely and reliably.

- Required Legally authorized to work in the job posting country High School Diploma or equivalent 3 or more years of applicable working experience in Heavy Metal Crafts (Pipefitter/Boilermaker/Welding) working in refinery, petrochemical, or industrial environment Willing and able to obtain a Transportation Worker Identification Card (TWIC) Valid Driver's License Must be willing and able, with or without reasonable accommodations, to comply with the following: Travel up to 5% Operate company vehicle on site premises and / or public roads up to 50% Work extended hours, which may include evenings, weekends, and holidays, and perform occasional on-call duties Transport articles up to 50 pounds Climb ladders and stairs up to 200 feet Work safely near large, hot, high-speed machines, around chemicals and hydrocarbons under high pressure and heat, and in harsh weather conditions Wear fire retardant clothing and personal protective equipment Maintain face daily for proper respirator/face mask seal (some examples include being free of facial hair and/or clean shaven) What Makes You Stand Out•Preferred 5 or more years of maintenance or craft experience in a refinery, petrochemical, or industrial environment 3 or more years of experience supervising maintenance crews, contractors, or craft workers 3 or more years of experience working Turnarounds and Outages Experience planning and scheduling maintenance work using systems such as SAP, IPS and other workflow or planning tools Demonstrated ability to manage a diverse workforce and build strong, motivated teams Proven ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously, identify critical tasks, and establish clear priorities Ability to make well-thought-out decisions in a timely manner and adapt work plans to changing conditions Experience leading safety programs, incident investigations, environmental processes, or other continuous improvement initiatives Strong verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to translate strategies into clear tactics for front-line personnel Compensation Range This position has a base salary range of $127,800•$156,200.
