This is a hands-on supervisory role ideal for individuals who excel in a fast-paced retail environment and have experience leading teams, maintaining operational standards, and supporting daily store functions. Position Details Full-time position Flexible schedule required (including weekends and/or evenings) Competitive pay based on experience Benefits available, including vacation pay, sick pay and more! As a Supervisor, you will work closely with store management to oversee daily operations on the retail floor and production areas, while leading and supporting a team of 30+ employees to ensure a positive customer experience and efficient workflow. Supervisor Responsibilities Supervise daily store operations, including opening and closing duties Lead, direct, and support staff on the sales floor and in production areas Assign tasks, monitor productivity, and ensure operational standards are met Provide hands-on training, coaching, and performance feedback to employees Ensure excellent customer service, cleanliness, safety, and organization Monitor inventory flow, donations processing, pricing, and merchandising Handle cash handling oversight and register accuracy Address customer and employee issues professionally and promptly Enforce store policies, safety procedures, and company standards
