Job Description
Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven Account Development Manager to expand and strengthen relationships with existing clients while identifying new growth opportunities. This role focuses on driving revenue, increasing customer satisfaction, and supporting long-term business development strategies. The ideal candidate combines strong sales acumen with relationship management skills and a data-driven approach to account growth. Key Responsibilities
- Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
- Identify upsell, cross-sell, training and renewal opportunities within existing accounts
- Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
- Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
- Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align on account strategies
- Analyze account performance metrics and provide actionable insights
- Conduct regular business reviews with clients
- Forecast revenue and maintain accurate CRM records
- Resolve client concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
- 3-7 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development
- Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
- Strong negotiation and communication skills
- Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
- Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data
- Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
- Must have a state issued driver's license
- Must be able to travel to locations throughout Georgia
- Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and have a qualified MVR Preferred Skills
- Experience in B2B sales environments

Pay:
