Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a results-driven Account Development Manager to expand and strengthen relationships with existing clients while identifying new growth opportunities. This role focuses on driving revenue, increasing customer satisfaction, and supporting long-term business development strategies. The ideal candidate combines strong sales acumen with relationship management skills and a data-driven approach to account growth. Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and execute strategic account plans to achieve revenue and growth targets
  • Identify upsell, cross-sell, training and renewal opportunities within existing accounts
  • Build and maintain strong, long-term client relationships
  • Serve as the primary point of contact for assigned accounts
  • Collaborate with sales, marketing, and customer success teams to align on account strategies
  • Analyze account performance metrics and provide actionable insights
  • Conduct regular business reviews with clients
  • Forecast revenue and maintain accurate CRM records
  • Resolve client concerns and ensure high customer satisfaction Qualifications
  • Bachelor's degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3-7 years of experience in account management, sales, or business development
  • Proven track record of meeting or exceeding revenue targets
  • Strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Experience working with CRM systems (e.g., Salesforce, HubSpot)
  • Analytical mindset with ability to interpret sales data
  • Ability to manage multiple accounts simultaneously
  • Must have a state issued driver's license
  • Must be able to travel to locations throughout Georgia
  • Must be able to successfully pass a criminal background check and have a qualified MVR Preferred Skills

Pay:
$55,000.00 - $65,000.00 per year
