What We Offer Competitive pay based on experience Performance-based bonuses and growth opportunities Paid training and career advancement potential Supportive and team-oriented work environment Stable, growing company with long-term opportunities Paid time off and holiday benefits Opportunity to make a direct impact on daily operations and customer satisfaction Key Responsibilities Coordinate daily transportation, dispatch, and moving schedules to ensure timely pickups, deliveries, and relocations Communicate with drivers, moving crews, subcontractors, and customers to maintain smooth operations and excellent service Monitor shipment and job progress in real time, proactively resolving delays, scheduling conflicts, or service issues Optimize routes and transportation planning to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and maximize productivity Maintain accurate records of dispatch activities, inventory, crew performance, and transportation documentation Ensure compliance with DOT regulations, safety standards, and company procedures during all transportation activities Work closely with warehouse and storage teams to coordinate loading, unloading, and inventory flow Identify opportunities to improve operational processes, customer experience, and overall logistics performance Qualifications Previous experience in logistics coordination, transportation, dispatching, moving operations, or supply chain management preferred Strong organizational and multitasking abilities in a fast-paced environment Excellent communication and customer service skills Experience using dispatching systems, transportation management software (TMS), or tracking tools is a plus Knowledge of DOT regulations, transportation safety standards, and compliance practices preferred Ability to analyze schedules, routes, and operational data to improve efficiency Dependable, proactive, and solution-oriented mindset Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with a team Why Join Us? Pay:

$23.20 - $26.70 per hour
