JOB SUMMARY
The Lead Slot Technician performs tasks under the direction of the Slot Manager/Supervisor. Assumes some supervisory duties and responsibilities during the Supervisors' absence.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Prepares and/or assists in schedule coverage. Provides feedback to management regarding technician performance for performance reviews. Follow-up with technicians on service calls to evaluate completion and ensures standards were followed. Must possess exceptional knowledge and skills as they pertain to all slot machines and related equipment. Performs all other duties as assigned.
REQUIRED SKILLS AND ABILITIES
Ability to read, analyze and interpret common documentation. Ability to respond to common inquiries or complaints from guests, regulatory agencies or members of the staff. Ability to write and present information to management in a reasonable manner. Ability to perform normal mathematical computations in regard to the implementation of current duties. Ability to define problems, to collect data, to establish facts and draw valid conclusions. Ability to interpret an extensive variety of instructions and deal with several variables.
EDUCATION AND EXPERIENCE
At least 3 to 5 years in slot department. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer service. To perform this job successfully, an individual must be able to perform each essential duty satisfactorily. The requirements listed below are representative of the knowledge, skill, and/or ability required. The work environment consists of very demanding surroundings with a high noise level.
