Position Duties/Responsibilities You will plan, manage, and administer all organizational contracts and their associated programs. You will supervise a multi-disciplined team by planning workloads, setting priorities, evaluating employee performance, and providing technical and administrative oversight. You will manage the entire lifecycle of contracts, from initial development and source selection to active administration and final closeout. You will lead pre-solicitation activities, including acquisition planning, market research, requirements definition, and the development of Statements of Work. You will monitor contract execution and financial reports to ensure performance assessments are conducted and funds are properly allocated and expensed. You will integrate inputs and perform extensive analysis to ensure that organizational requirements are accurately reflected in contract objectives and priorities.
