POSITION SUMMARY
The Supply Chain Logistics Specialist operates OSF HealthCare vehicles to provide prompt and accurate pickup, transportation, and delivery of packages including laboratory specimens, medical supplies, mail and documents, pharmacy and medical instruments to OSF entities and affiliated members. Maintains accurate records of route activity through the use of manual and electronic documentation; utilizes a mobile device scanner when required for documentation and route operation. QualificationsREQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS
Valid class D driver's license with a good driving record and no more than one moving violation within the last 2 yearsOther Skills/Knowledge:
Excellent interpersonal and communication skills. Strong analytical, problem solving, interpersonal, and communication skills are necessary as are creativity, tenacity, integrity, and vision. Knowledge of principles and processes for providing customer and personal services. This includes customer needs assessment, meeting quality standards for services, and evaluation of customer satisfaction. Good organizational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks while remaining detail oriented is a must.PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS
