Job Description

MONTCALM COUNTY JOB POSTING COMMISSION ON AGING SUPPORT SERVICE COORDINATOR
Full-Time $18.75 -$22.15 per
Hour General Summary:
Under the direction of the Commission on Aging Director, the Coordinator of Volunteers will actively recruit, oversee, advertise, coordinate, and develop volunteer opportunities to assist older adults to remain in their home. This position will also assist with the layout and mailing of the monthly newsletter.
Employment Qualifications:
Education:
High school graduation .
Experience:
Public speaking and organizational skills necessary. Previous interaction with older adults preferred.
Other Requirements:
Possession of a validMichigan Driver's License and reliable transportation. Working Conditions:
Travels throughout the area to attend meetings and to meet with clients requesting services. Works in office conditions.
