The Support Worker Role:
As a Support Worker, you'll play a key role in the lives of those you support. You'll help people build confidence, develop skills, and live fulfilling, independent lives. Every day is an opportunity to make a positive impact.You will:
- Provide personal care and supporting with eating, medication, and routine
- Help plan and participate in fun activities, trips, and community events
- Encourage independence and celebrating every milestone
- Assist with daily tasks like cooking, cleaning, and errands
