Requirements:

British Sign Language (BSL) Level1 or aboveWe are looking for reliable, dedicated Support Workers to assist with mental health needs. The ideal candidates must have British Sign Language (BSL) Level 1 or above. You will join a small team supporting an individual who lives at home in Bournemouth.

Makaton is not accepted, as it is a totally different communication system and does not meet the client's communication requirements.✨ Key responsibilities:

Providingperson centred care on a 1:1 basisSupport daily life — Help with everyday tasks and keep activities positive and engaging.

Use BSL — Communicate confidently using British Sign Language.

Encourage independence — Support choice‑making, wellbeing, and safe routines.

Work as a team — Stay connected with colleagues to give consistent, high‑quality support.✨

Requirements:
