This position reports directly to the Director of Business Operations and is responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operations of the Work Health billing department and Northern Light Drug Testing Services of which each company has over 800 clients from the external business community.Responsibilities:
Supervises Billing and Coding Specialists and is responsible for efficient daily operations of the business office. Oversees the day-to-day coordination of the drug testing and consortium program for NLH. Responsible for the daily and weekly review of visit reconciliation reports, to ensure accurate billing & eliminate documentation errors. Oversees the monthly billing of all client invoicing for Work Health and weekly submission of Worker's Compensation claims as well as client invoices for Northern Light Drug Testing Services. Works collaboratively with accounting to reconcile payments collected at each of Work Health's 6 statewide clinics. Serves as liaison to departments, member organizations and point person for external and internal clients. Serves as the liaison to 800+ clients and vendors and ensures impeccable customer service. Maintains accounts receivable at a low level. Other duties.Other Information:
