salary:

$76,000 - $100,000 per year shift: Second work hours: 3 PM - 12:30 AM education:

High School Responsibilities Safety & Compliance:

Maintain a rigorous safety culture; serve as the primary lead for incident support and safety protocols during swing shift hours.

Quality Assurance:

Uphold stringent quality standards, track Non-Conformance Material (NCM) responses, and collaborate with senior leadership on continuous improvement initiatives.

Production Oversight:

Coordinate daily schedules and workflow for machining and secondary operations.

Operational Continuity:

Facilitate seamless handoffs between the day and swing shifts to ensure zero downtime.

Team Leadership:

Provide active coaching, professional development, and performance management to foster a high-performing, collaborative environment.

Strategic Planning:

Contribute to capacity planning by reviewing resource allocation (personnel, tooling, CNC Swiss equipment, and floor space).

Metrics & Accountability:

Drive team performance against KPIs, including productivity, process yield, and manufacturing variances.

Stakeholder Management:

Partner with cross-functional managers to ensure resources and schedules align with broader business goals.

Schedule Note:

This role requires a start time between 3:00 PM and 5:00 PM . Occasional attendance at day-shift meetings or training sessions may be required.
