Job Description:

Qualifications & Experience 3+ years of relevant professional experience required Hands-on experience with Jira, Point, and advanced Microsoft Excel proficiency Experience archiving data, standardizing repositories, and maintaining strong data governance practices Governance and technical writing experience preferred Core Competencies The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical and operational judgment skills necessary to manage a high-volume exception and deviation environment while minimizing compliance and operational risk.

Responsibilities require the ability to:

Analyze intake volume, backlog size, and processing trends to effectively prioritize work and reduce SLA exposure Evaluate exception quality to quickly identify missing, inaccurate, or deficient information Apply risk-based prioritization to sequence work according to expiration risk, regulatory exposure, and downstream business impact Maintain strong data hygiene and validation practices to ensure records are accurate, standardized, and audit-ready Support both day-to-day operational activities and long-term process improvement initiatives, including data migration and repository standardization Project & Delivery Skills Equally important are strong delivery, organizational, and communication skills that enable consistent execution in a fast-paced environment. The candidate should demonstrate the ability to: Manage multiple concurrent workstreams, including BAU processing, backlog remediation, and automation or process improvement initiatives Track dependencies, identify blockers, and proactively drive projects forward Balance urgent expiring items with steady-state intake while maintaining throughput and quality standards Exercise strong time management and prioritization skills under pressure Provide clear follow-up communication and concise status reporting to stakeholders, partners, and leadership Maintain alignment on progress, risks, and priorities to support uninterrupted governance and approval processes
