Job Description:

System Safety Engineer BS Degree System Safety Engineer with MBSE experience to support advanced military vehicle development, safety analysis, and system integration efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Perform system safety and hazard analysis (PHA, FHA, HTS)
• Develop safety requirements, traceability, and mitigation strategies
• Support HW/SW architecture and system design reviews
• Manage hazard logs, risk registers, and safety documentation
• Ensure compliance with MIL-STD-882E and customer requirements
• Work closely with Systems, HW, and SW engineering teams

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Engineering or related field
• 7+ years of System Safety or MBSE experience
• Experience with CAMEO, DOORS, JIRA, Confluence, or Teamcenter
• Knowledge of

MIL-STD-882E, ISO

26262, or

ARP4761A

• Must be eligible to obtain a

US Security Clearance Plusses:

• Defense, automotive, or aerospace safety experience
• High-voltage or autonomous systems background
