First-Tek, Inc. is a fast-growing staffing and talent solutions firm supporting leading clients across Aerospace, Defense, Aviation, Entertainment, and Technology industries across the United States. We are looking for a motivated and energetic Recruiter to join our team in Piscataway, NJ.

Responsibilities:

Source, screen, and recruit qualified candidates for contract and full-time positions. Manage the full recruitment lifecycle from sourcing to onboarding. Utilize ATS platforms and job portals to track candidates and maintain recruitment data. Conduct phone and video interviews to evaluate candidate qualifications and fit. Build strong pipelines through LinkedIn, job boards, referrals, and networking. Coordinate with account managers and clients to understand hiring requirements. Maintain regular communication with candidates throughout the hiring process. Ensure timely submission of qualified candidates to clients. Support recruitment reporting and database management. Requirements 2-3 years of recruiting experience, preferably within staffing or agency recruiting. Experience recruiting for Aerospace, Defense, Aviation, Entertainment, or related industries is a plus. Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills. Hands-on experience working with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS). Familiarity with LinkedIn Recruiter, Dice, Indeed, and other sourcing tools. Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, onsite team environment. Bachelor s degree preferred.
