We are looking for a Talent Acquisition Administrator to join our team and participate in the hiring process. This position will be responsible for attracting candidates, evaluating resumes, scheduling, conducting interviews, and managing the hiring paperwork. - Financing for the Individual since 1941 Principal Accountabilities and Key Activities Executes Talent Acquisition functions Manage and post open positions Maintain and update applicant tracking system as needed Create and edit job posting templates Review resume submissions to qualify candidates Phone screen candidates to identify qualified candidates Forward top candidates to hiring supervisor Coordinate interview schedules Create job offer letters, submit for approval, and extend to candidate Executes Pre-boarding functions Assign pre-employment test, background, and drug testing Submit pre-employment checks, reports, and results to hiring manager Prepare, process, and allocate invoices Maintain records and interactions with vendors Scan and index candidate files Creates an Exceptional Customer Experience Organize and attend Career Fairs Responds to customer's needs in a timely and efficient manner Builds Internal and External relationships Ensure confidential information is maintained Education, Qualifications, and Experience Essential Undergraduate degree with Human Resource emphasis Must possess a valid driver's license and the ability to operate an automobile.
