This 1.0FTE/Full-Time position is scheduled to work in office Monday-Friday.
Compensation:
Exempt, $41.34/HR-$59.06/

Job Summary:
Responsible for driving the talent acquisition process, playing a crucial role in finding the best candidates to join Mason Health. Position involves both strategic and operational responsibilities and requires strong understanding of recruitment best practices, excellent communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively with both internal stakeholders and external resources.
Essential Duties and Responsibilities:
Performs full cycle recruiting to ensure the selection of high-quality talent and an efficient, cost-effective recruiting process. Collaborates with colleagues and hiring managers at all levels across the organization regarding new hires, changes in employment status, recruiting strategies, and candidate selection processes. Manages the new employee orientation process in partnership IT, Payroll, Employee Health, and the Healthcare Educator. Creates agreements for new employees involving sign-on bonuses, relocation assistance, residency, etc. Manages the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) posting requisitions, ensuring data accuracy, screening applicants, etc. Trains new and existing managers on ATS functionality ensuring proper utilization. Develops recruiting strategy based on nature of position to be filled gauging the need of additional measures for hard to fill positions. Develops and utilizes a variety of sourcing methods, including job boards, social media, professional and educational networks, direct outreach, employee referrals, previous employees, and applicants to identify potential candidates for open positions. Reviews resumes and applications, conducts initial phone screens and assesses candidates knowledge, skills, abilities, experience and fit against job requirements. Recommends to hiring manager candidates to continue in interview process. Provides exceptional candidate experience throughout the recruitment process by ensuring clear communication, timely updates, and responsiveness to candidate inquiries. Collaborates with hiring managers and HRBP to develop attractive offer packages while maintaining internal equity. Develops and maintains relationships with potential candidate sources, such as educational institutions, military and governmental agencies, and professional associations to expand and nurture new talent pipelines attending career fairs as needed. Maintains electronic human resources files, information system records and applicant tracking system. Develops various reports and presentations to communicate status of hiring objectives. Maintains Recruitment metrics utilizing data to make informed recruitment decisions. Maintains awareness of regulatory requirements; ensures compliance with employment laws and regulations. Other duties as assigned.
Required Education and Experience:
Bachelor s (B.S.) in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred. Three (3) years of professional recruiting experience. Healthcare recruiting experience preferred. Required Licenses, Certifications and/or
Registrations:
Professional human resources and/or recruiting/sourcing certification preferred (i.e.:
PHR/SPHR, SHRM-CP/SHRM-SCP, AIRS
Certified Recruiter).
Required Knowledge, Skills and Abilities:
Knowledge of labor and employment laws and regulations. Familiarity with recruiting issues, trends, and best practices. Ability to build comprehensive recruitment plans and sourcing strategies. Familiarity with the health care environment preferred. Knowledge of job analysis and job description development; ability to clarify required job skills and competencies with hiring managers. Working knowledge of employment branding, advertising and social recruiting techniques. Intermediate-level proficiency in Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint; ability to learn and effectively use a variety of computer and software applications. Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems and sourcing and recruiting tools and technology and the ability to utilize such tools effectively. Excellent interpersonal communication skills. Ability to present information concisely and effectively, both verbally and in writing, to a variety of audiences. Knowledge of interview methods and tools; demonstrated ability to effectively screen and interview candidates based on organization and job-specific requirements. Ability to partner and collaborate with Executives and Hiring Managers regarding recruiting process expectations and responsibilities, complex hiring initiatives, market trends, sourcing challenges, interviewing practices, and compensation. Ability to formulate and effectively negotiate employment offers. Ability to organize and prioritize work. Ability to work independently with minimal supervision. Ability to occasionally work outside regular business hours and/or travel as needed to reach candidates or attend events.
