Description The Talent Acquisition Specialist is a direct staffing partner with Community Behavioral Health's (CBH) Leadership and hiring teams to anticipate and meet the evolving staffing needs of CBH by aggressively recruiting qualified candidates. The Talent Acquisition Specialist leads the full-cycle recruitment process for CBH, and ensures a positive candidate experience.
Essential Functions:
Lead full-cycle recruitment for CBH, from job intake and description development through offer negotiation and onboarding, ensuring a seamless hiring process. Develop and execute proactive and equitable recruiting and sourcing strategies to build and maintain strong talent pipelines aligned with CBH hiring needs. Serve as a strategic partner to hiring managers, providing guidance on talent market trends, candidate evaluation, and hiring decisions. Conduct candidate screenings and manage end-to-end interview processes, ensuring an efficient and positive candidate experience. Coordinate and deliver competitive offers, supporting successful candidate conversion and onboarding. Track, analyze, and report recruiting metrics (e.g., time-to-fill, pipeline health, candidate conversion rates) to inform hiring strategies and improve outcomes.Position Requirements:
Education:
Bachelor's Degree, preferably in Human Resources or related fieldRelevant Work Experience:
Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience, preferably in a human services, healthcare, or information technology setting.Skills:

Understand and integrate the long-term vision of CBH and focus current activities on what is critical to achieve future success including formulating objectives/priorities and developing and implementing breakthrough ideas.Leadership:
Effectively manage and guide efforts to address challenges and drive continuous improvement for CBH's programs, services and processes. Develop and implement effective strategies and appropriate interpersonal styles to influence and guide others.Employee Development:
Recognize and promote the necessity to hire, assess, develop and retain high quality talent. Acknowledge strengths and weaknesses in team members through an ongoing performance management process that provides timely feedback in order to help them develop and enhance performance.Philadelphia Residency Requirement:
The successful candidate must be a current Philadelphia resident or become a resident within six months of hire. U.S.Authorization Requirement:
