Duties Greet clients warmly and provide exceptional customer service to ensure a positive experience from start to finish Educate guests on available tanning services, equipment usage, and safety protocols to promote informed decisions Operate tanning beds and equipment safely, adhering to all sanitation and safety standards to maintain a hygienic environment Assist with product sales, including tanning lotions and accessories, through effective upselling techniques Maintain cleanliness of the salon by sanitizing tanning beds, chairs, and common areas regularly Handle cash transactions accurately, including processing payments and issuing receipts Monitor the salon for compliance with health regulations and company policies to ensure a safe setting for all clients Qualifications Must be 18 years or older due to State Laws with UV Tanning! Must have previous salon sales & cleaning experience! Open availability in the Summer (May-August) is a MUST anyone with time off requests will not be considered! Strong sales skills with the ability to upsell products and services confidently Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, approachable demeanor Knowledge of sanitation procedures related to beauty or wellness environments is a plus Background in cosmetology or related fields is desirable but not required; willingness to learn is essential Ability to handle cash accurately and responsibly in a fast-paced setting Motivated self-starter with a positive attitude who thrives in team environments Prior experience in retail, hospitality, or wellness industries is advantageous but not mandatory Embark on an energetic journey where your passion for helping others shines!
