Tasting Room Associate

We are looking for enthusiastic and reliable Tasting Room Associates to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for preparing and serving drinks, providing top-notch customer service, and assisting with various tasks to ensure a seamless guest experience.

Key Responsibilities:

Prepare and serve a variety of drinks, including wine by the glass and flights. Assist customers with selecting and purchasing bottles and merchandise. Ring up purchases accurately using the point-of-sale system. Deliver food and beverages to guests and coordinate with the kitchen for any order adjustments or returns. Maintain cleanliness and organization in the tasting room and service areas. Provide friendly and attentive service to all guests. Assist with opening and closing procedures as needed. Support with event setup, breakdown, and service when required.

Qualifications:

Prior experience in customer service, bartending, or hospitality is a plus. Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and manage multiple tasks efficiently. Must be at least 21 years of age. Flexible schedule, including availability on weekends and holidays.
