Job description:

This CPA role is responsible for preparing and reviewing complex individual, trust, and business tax returns for high-net-worth clients while partnering closely with wealth advisors to deliver proactive, year-round tax strategies. The position involves researching and implementing advanced planning solutions such as entity structuring, retirement and charitable strategies, equity compensation, and business succession planning. The CPA will actively participate in client meetings, translate complex tax concepts into clear guidance, and stay current on evolving tax laws. Success in this role requires strong collaboration, relationship-building skills, and a commitment to contributing to a team-oriented, advisory-focused culture. Required Bachelor's Degree in related field CPA License - Active 3-5+ years of tax experience, preferably with high net worth individuals and closely help businesses Proactive, career growth-oriented mindset Strong technical knowledge in tax compliance and planning Ability to communicate complex tax strategies in a client-friendly, understandable way Team player and strong ability to translate technical tax language Nice to Have Interest or experience in financial planning and wealth management Leadership experience
