Full-time We are seeking a skilled and detail-oriented Diesel Bus Mechanic / Coach Interior Service Technician to join our growing team in Winter Garden. Our company specializes in the custom build, service, and maintenance of high-end entertainer coaches used by leading touring professionals across the music industry. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining both the mechanical systems and interior living components of our fleet, ensuring each coach operates safely, reliably, and to the highest standard of comfort and performance. Responsibilities Perform routine maintenance and minor mechanical repairs on coach systems, including tires, belts, and fluid services Inspect, service, and repair interior coach systems, including electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and onboard amenities Diagnose and troubleshoot faults on Prevost and Van Hool coach platforms Conduct preventative maintenance on mechanical and interior systems to minimize downtime Repair and maintain interior components such as lighting, outlets, appliances, toilets, pumps, tanks, and cabinetry Identify wear, damage, or system failures and complete corrective repairs on each vehicle Maintain accurate records of service, repairs, and parts usage on our internal software Communicate effectively with team members to ensure efficient workflow and high-quality results Participate in a 24 hour on-call rotation to support coaches in service when needed Basic Qualifications 2+ years of experience in recreational vehicle, bus, coach, diesel, or custom vehicle maintenance Working knowledge of mechanical systems including brakes, suspension, and basic engine components Experience with electrical systems (12V, 24V, and 120V) Familiarity with plumbing and HVAC systems Ability to diagnose and repair a wide range of mechanical and interior coach issues Ability to read and interpret technical manuals, schematics, and diagnostic tools Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work independently Good communication and organizational skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and prioritize tasks Preferred Qualifications Experience working on Prevost and/or Van Hool coaches Familiarity with multiplex systems (Firefly, Spider) Knowledge of generator systems, AV, Wi-Fi, and entertainment systems Experience with Victron power systems and Dometic HVAC equipment Experience with 240V CDL license or ability to obtain one Willingness to travel on short notice for field service support Benefits 401(k) Health, dental, and vision insurance Paid time off Additional Information This is an in-person position based in Winter Garden, FL Some field service work and travel may be required Candidates should be comfortable working on both mechanical systems and interior living spaces of custom coaches So, if you have bus servicing experience and take pride in keeping both mechanical and interior coach systems running at top standard—and are comfortable supporting vehicles in the field when needed—we'd love to hear from you!
