401(k) matching Dental insurance Health insurance Responsibilities Prepare and review complex individual, fiduciary, gift, and estate tax returns Provide tax planning and advisory services to high-net-worth clients and family groups Work closely with clients on trusts, wealth transfer, and multi-generational planning strategies Research complex tax matters and develop planning solutions Build and maintain strong client relationships Collaborate with senior leadership on sophisticated tax and financial planning engagements Qualifications 5+ years of tax experience within High Net Worth (HNW), Private Client Services (PCS), or similar environment Strong experience with individual tax returns and tax planning for wealthy individuals/families Exposure to fiduciary, estate, or gift tax work preferred CPA strongly preferred (JD/LLM also considered) Public accounting or private client advisory background preferred Strong communication and client management skills Compensation & Benefits Competitive base salary: $130K•160K Health insurance 401(k) + profit sharing Paid time off Long-term growth potential Strong work/life balance culture
