We are looking for experienced , organized, driven, and detail-oriented Tax Case Managers to join our team. In this role, you will act as the primary point of contact for clients after they sign on with us, guiding them through every step of the tax resolution process. Whether you have prior experience in tax resolution or are looking to start a career in this field, we provide the training and support to help you succeed. Responsibilities Serve as the main point of contact for assigned clients throughout their case. Collect, organize, and review financial documents (bank statements, pay stubs, tax returns, etc.). Communicate directly with the IRS and state taxing authorities to gather information and track case progress. Work closely with Enrolled Agents, Attorneys, and Resolution Specialists to develop and implement case strategies (Installment Agreements, Offer in Compromise, Currently Not Collectible, etc.). Update clients regularly on case status, deadlines, and next steps. Maintain accurate notes and case documentation within our CRM system. Ensure all required forms and paperwork are completed and submitted accurately and on time. Provide a high level of client service, helping clients feel informed and supported throughout the process. Qualifications Previous experience in tax resolution, collections, paralegal work, or financial services . Strong communication and customer service skills. Ability to manage multiple cases and deadlines at once. Highly organized with strong attention to detail. Comfortable working in a fast-paced, client-focused environment.
