In this role, you will work closely with lead teachers to create a nurturing, engaging, and inclusive classroom environment. Your energy and commitment will help foster a love of learning, assist with lesson implementation, and support students' individual needs. This position offers a rewarding opportunity to make a meaningful impact on children's early education while gaining valuable classroom experience. Duties Assist lead teachers in preparing and organizing classroom materials and activities aligned with curriculum goals Support children during instructional activities, ensuring engagement and understanding in subjects such as literacy, math, and early childhood development Implement lesson plans and educational strategies tailored to diverse learning styles, including special education and students with disabilities Promote positive behavior management techniques to maintain a safe and respectful classroom atmosphere Provide one-on-one or small group support for children with autism or other special needs, fostering social skills and independence Help supervise children during routines such as snack time, outdoor play, nap time, and transitions between activities Communicate effectively with children, parents, and staff to ensure a cohesive approach to each child's growth and well-being Skills Hold or are pursuing an Associate's, Bachelor's, or Master's Degree in Early Childhood Education or a related field is preferred, but not required to apply. Excellent communication skills to collaborate with teachers, parents, and team members Experience in childcare environments such as daycare centers or private schools is preferred Passion for working with young children and supporting their social-emotional growth through nurturing interactions
