You'll collaborate with passionate educators and help students develop essential life, social, and vocational skills to thrive beyond the classroom. Your day will be filled with variety and purpose, working from 7:45 AM to 2:45/3:00 PM. Your impact will extend both inside and outside the classroom, as you accompany students on engaging community outings and help them gain real-world work experience at various job sites. What we're looking for: Previous experience as a paraprofessional in educational settings Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Reliable, patient, and flexible approach to supporting diverse needs Enthusiasm for assisting students in community and job-based learning Collaborative spirit to work with teachers, staff, and families What you'll do: Provide direct support to students, both one-on-one and in small groups Assist with instructional activities and individualized learning plans Accompany and supervise students during community-based outings and job site placements Encourage independence and help foster social, daily living, and vocational skills Maintain a safe, supportive, and positive environment for all students You'll play a vital role in preparing students for success beyond school.
