Duties Prepare and serve a variety of coffee beverages, teas, and specialty drinks with precision and flair Engage with guests warmly, providing outstanding customer service that exceeds expectations Operate POS systems such as Aloha POS and Micros POS to process orders accurately and efficiently Manage cash handling, cashiering, and basic retail math to ensure smooth transactions Maintain cleanliness and food safety standards in food preparation areas and café spaces Assist with food handling, food prep, and serving to deliver fresh, quality products Support team members during busy periods by managing time effectively and multitasking seamlessly Skills Proven experience as a barista or in a similar food service role within the food industry Strong knowledge of coffee preparation techniques and beverage customization Familiarity with POS systems like Aloha POS and Micros POS for efficient order processing Excellent customer service skills with a friendly, energetic approach Effective time management to handle multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment Basic math skills for cash handling, retail math, and sales calculations Knowledge of food safety regulations, food handling procedures, and proper food prep techniques Join us to be part of a passionate team dedicated to creating delightful guest experiences!
