PRINCIPAL FUNCTIONAL RESPONSIBILITIES
Lead all personnel and processes involved with drawer assembly. Provide leadership, along with the Supervisor, in running the department safely and effectively. Carry out instructions/directions of the Supervisor whether verbal or written. Required to physically contribute to the daily work that is assigned by the area Supervisor. Complying with quality standards and implementation of all local operational goals. Other duties as assigned.ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS
One year of production experience or similar in manufacturing or fast paced, detail-oriented environment is preferred Must be thoroughly knowledgeable on parts and quality standards. One year of logistics exposure preferred but not required Prior leadership experience is required Knowledge of safe work practices High School diploma or GED preferred Ability to train others on safety, quality, performance, job responsibilities Ability to read/write/communicate in English Ability to lead/motivate/work in a team environment Why work at Cabinetworks Group?
