Paul Davis Restoration is a leading property restoration company that helps homeowners and businesses recover from water, fire, and other property damage. We're growing in the Duluth / Superior market and seeking a strong leader to manage a small team and deliver high-quality service.

The Opportunity:

This is a hands-on leadership role combining supervision, clerical responsibilities, and operational work in a fast-paced environment.

Compensation & Benefits:

Base Salary:

$50,000 - $70,000 (depending on experience) Revenue-based bonus program tied to performance and margin management Full Benefits Package 401k +

Company Match What You'll Be Responsible For:

Lead and supervise a team of 3-5 employees Coordinate daily cleaning and contents operations Ensure report accuracy and quality standards Manage multiple jobs and priorities Communicate with homeowners, adjusters, and team members Use RMS and Assured software for tracking and reporting

What We're Looking For:

Lead technician or equivalent preferred Leadership or supervisory experience required Janitorial, hospitality, or similar background Strong communication and people skills Detail-oriented and organized

Pay:

$50,000.00 - $70,000.00 per year
