Team Member

Duties:

• Greet customers, answer questions, take and fill orders, and provide excellent customer service
• Utilize POS system to process payments, operate cash register, and handle cash transactions accurately
• Decorate and make donut shop items (e.g. kolaches, croissants, donuts, etc)
• Maintain a clean and organized work area
• Cleaning dining areas, front and back of house floors, bathrooms, equipment, and washing trays and utensils
• Track donuts and drinks in order to restock donuts, restock drinks, order more, as needed.
• Collaborate with other team members to ensure efficient operations

Qualifications:

• Basic math skills to accurately handle cash transactions
• Knowledge of retail math principles for calculating discounts, sales tax, and change
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
• Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy in cash handling
• Previous experience as a cashier or in a customer service role is preferred
• Familiarity with kitchen operations and food safety practices is a plus
• Ability to sanitize work areas and maintain cleanliness standards Please note that this job description is not exhaustive and additional duties may be assigned as needed.
