Team Member - Flatiron Brewing (Manistique, MI) Flatiron Brewing is a brewery and quick-service Detroit style pizza restaurant on the northern shore of Lake Michigan. We are seeking versatile Team Members to grow with us in a fast-paced, craft-focused environment.

Position Overview Role:

Seasonal (15+ hours/week) with potential for permanent placement.

Schedule:

Positions available for all shifts, weekends are a must, with various weekday shifts also available. Advanced time-off requests are honored within company policy. Additional shifts are frequently available if interested.

Compensation:

$15.00/hour + participation in the staff tip pool. (Our staff love their tips!)

Structure:

This is a cross-trained role with shifts in the kitchen and taproom, as well as delivery. Staff may be designated a primary role but will have cross-training for scheduling needs.

Position Overview Kitchen:

Prepare dough/ingredients, cook pizzas per SOPs, and maintain strict sanitation and equipment cleanliness.

Taproom:

Provide high-quality service, manage the POS system, execute cleaning/sanitization rotations, and communicate product knowledge to guests.

Delivery:

Safely deliver food and beer within a 10-mile radius. (Must have a valid license and a registered, insured vehicle). Delivery fees are reimbursed to the scheduled driver.

General:

Handle keg changes, inventory stocking, and basic grounds maintenance.

Qualifications Age:

Must be of legal age to sell/serve alcohol in Michigan.

Experience:

Previous kitchen experience preferred; bartending/serving experience is a bonus.

Physical:

Ability to stand for full shifts and regularly lift/move up to 50 lbs.
