About the Roles As a Tech Chiropractic Assistant (CA), you will play a hands-on role in helping patients heal, grow stronger, and stay on track with their care plans. This position is ideal for someone who genuinely loves people, enjoys health and wellness, and wants to be part of a mission-driven team that is making a real impact in the lives of families every day. You will help create an incredible patient experience by encouraging, educating, and supporting patients through therapies and treatments designed to help them heal and function at their best. Responsibilities Include:

Performing laser therapy and shockwave treatments Setting patients up for spinal decompression therapy Educating and encouraging patients throughout their care Helping patients stay on track with treatment plans Assisting with progress exams Supporting front desk operations and patient flow Creating meaningful patient connections and experiences Helping maintain positive office energy and culture This is a hands-on, fast-paced role where your attitude, energy, and ability to connect with people matter greatly. Compensation & Benefits:

$18-20/hour Additional bonus opportunities available through both team and individual performance incentives. Most team members average approximately 35 hours per week.
