Job Description:
Grayson Search has partnered with a global investment management and commercial real estate company in Chicago looking for an SEC Senior Analyst. This is a strong fit for someone coming out of Big 4 or public company reporting who wants broader exposure beyond pure compliance work. They have amazing retention and are known for bringing in top talent.
The role touches:
  • 10-K / 10-Q prep & review
  • SEC reporting + technical accounting research
  • Cross-functional work with Legal, IR, HR, etc.
  • SOX + audit support
  • Process improvement projects within a global organization Looking for:
  • CPA (active or in progress)
  • ~3-5 years of accounting experience (Big 4 audit/assurance preferred) Chicago-based and 3 days on site.
Comp is roughly $95K-$115K + bonus.
