This role is ideal for someone who enjoys solving problems, improving systems, and working across a variety of technical and operational projects. If you are the kind of person who needs a detailed manual, a rigid set of standard operating procedures, or explicit instructions for every task before you can function, this is not the role for you. The work is fast-paced and varied. On any given day, you might be building a simple automation, troubleshooting a system integration, organizing data for a strategic initiative, or helping improve an internal process. Some tasks will be clearly defined, while others may require you to figure out the best path forward. This role is for someone comfortable learning quickly, adapting to new systems, and taking ownership of their work. What You'll Do Provide operational and technical support to department leadership Work with data across multiple systems to ensure accuracy and usability Build and maintain automations, integrations, and internal tools Troubleshoot system or platform issues and help identify solutions Prepare and organize data used for reporting and decision-making Identify opportunities to improve processes and reduce manual work The role may span technical tasks, data management, and operational support, often within the same day. The ability to explore new systems, troubleshoot problems, and learn independently is important.
