Job description We're hiring on behalf of a Haystack partner! The Role Translate complex technical requirements into clear, concise, and user-friendly language while maintaining technical accuracy. Develop and refine diagnostic procedures and documentation for use by non-engineers, enhancing usability and comprehension. Collaborate with engineering, quality assurance, and regulatory teams to ensure documentation adheres to industry standards and compliance frameworks. Analyze information requirements for the creation and updating of policy, procedure, and form documentation. Manage task and information flow using collaboration software such as SharePoint. Improve editorial and visual standards for documentation, recommending new designs, layouts, and formatting. What You'll Need High School diploma with 9+ years of commensurate experience. Strong network/systems engineering background and a solid understanding of engineering terminology. Proven ability to create visual aids, flow charts, and structured templates for improved comprehension. Experience conducting periodic reviews and audits of documentation for accuracy, currency, and regulatory compliance. Exceptional ability to distill complex technical concepts into clear, actionable language. Familiarity with controlled document management systems and version control practices.
